From the State of the Community series to networking receptions, golf outings, and seasonal celebrations, each event reflects our mission to connect, protect, and grow together — uniting businesses, leaders, and residents across Clemson, Central, Pendleton, and Six Mile.

State of Clemson

February 16, 2026

The State of Clemson brings together community and business leaders for an inside look at progress, development, and future goals for the city. Attendees will hear from Clemson University President Jim Clements and Clemson Area Chamber President Bryan Lee during the annual State of Clemson address, offering insight into key initiatives shaping the region’s continued growth and success.

Clemson Area Chamber Golf Tournament

March 31, 2026

One of the Chamber’s most anticipated events, the annual Golf Tournament combines business and fun for a full day of networking and friendly competition. Teams enjoy a lively day on the course with raffles, mulligans, rifle shot contests, sponsor giveaways, and plenty of laughs — all while supporting Chamber programs and initiatives throughout the year. A catered lunch is provided, and prizes are awarded for top teams, longest drive, and closest to the pin. And in true Chamber spirit, even the last-place team doesn’t leave empty-handed — they’ll take home the coveted “Dead-Last Trophy.”

Taste of Pendleton

April 26, 2026

A celebration of flavor, community, and connection, the Taste of Pendleton brings together all of Pendleton’s favorite restaurants, cafés, and eateries to offer locals and visitors a true taste of the town. Guests can sample signature dishes, enjoy live music, and connect with friends and neighbors while supporting local businesses. The event also features remarks from Tri-County Technical College President Dr. Galen DeHay and Clemson Area Chamber President Bryan Lee, highlighting the strong partnerships that make the Pendleton area thrive. With great food, lively entertainment, and meaningful community connections, this event showcases the very best of Pendleton’s hospitality.

State of Central

May 2026

The State of Central highlights collaboration between the town’s leadership, businesses,
and residents while celebrating the community’s continued growth and progress. The luncheon features updates on infrastructure, development, and upcoming projects that impact the Central area. Speakers include Clemson Area Chamber President Bryan Lee and Southern Wesleyan University President Dr. William Barker, who share insight on the partnership between the Chamber, the university, and local leadership. It’s a meaningful event for Central — bringing together community members, business owners, and civic leaders to celebrate progress and strengthen local connections.

Annual Meeting & Awards Luncheon

July 2026

The Chamber’s premier summer event, the Annual Meeting & Awards Luncheon, recognizes the individuals, organizations, and businesses making a lasting impact across the Clemson area. Guests enjoy networking, a catered luncheon, and an inspiring awards program that celebrates excellence in leadership, innovation, and community service. This annual gathering also includes Chamber highlights, updates, and the introduction of new board members — bringing together business and community leaders to celebrate success and look ahead to the future.

State of Six Mile

August 2026

The State of Six Mile brings together residents, business owners, and community leaders to celebrate progress and collaboration in one of our area’s most close-knit towns. The forum features updates from local officials and highlights key initiatives that continue to strengthen the Six Mile community. Attendees hear from Mayor James Atkinson, who shares the town’s latest achievements and upcoming projects. The program often includes special guest speakers — such as local historians and community advocates — who offer
unique perspectives on Six Mile’s growth, heritage, and bright future. The event concludes with a community-wide rendition of “God Bless America”, a cherished tradition that reflects the town’s unity, pride, and spirit of togetherness.

Christmas Reception

December 2026

The Chamber closes the year with a festive Holiday Reception celebrating our members, sponsors, and community partners. The evening features live music, delicious refreshments, and a lively silent auction benefiting local charities — the perfect way to wrap up another year of progress and partnership. This event is free for Chamber members and offers a relaxed, joyful atmosphere for networking, reconnecting, and reflecting on the year’s accomplishments. With great company, holiday spirit, and community generosity, the Holiday Reception captures the true essence of the season.
