Internship Opportunities

Interns and student volunteers work alongside Chamber staff in a professional, collaborative environment that supports both learning and leadership. Opportunities are available year-round in areas such as:

• Event Planning & Coordination – logistics, registration, vendor relations, and event execution
• Marketing & Communications – social media, photography, design, and content creation
• Member & Community Engagement – business outreach, visitor relations, and local partnerships
• Visitor Center Operations – greeting guests, assembling visitor packets, and supporting tourism initiatives
• Clemson Farmers Market Support – vendor coordination, signage, social media coverage, and visitor engagement

Students learn the fundamentals of business communication, marketing, and public service while contributing to key Chamber programs.

Participants in the Chamber’s internship and student volunteer programs will:

• Earn verified community service or internship hours
• Gain real-world experience in marketing, events, and business relations
• Build leadership and teamwork skills
• Strengthen communication and networking with community leaders
• Receive a Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion

• Open to high school, college, and university students
• Flexible scheduling available to fit class and work commitments
• Must attend a short orientation before beginning
• No prior experience required — just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
