Business After Hours is one of the Chamber’s most popular networking programs — designed to connect local professionals in a fun, relaxed environment. These events provide valuable exposure for the host business and meaningful opportunities for members to build relationships and share ideas. Held every other month, Business After Hours rotates among member businesses throughout the Clemson, Central, Pendleton, and Six Mile areas. Attendees enjoy refreshments, door prizes, and great conversation while strengthening the community’s professional network.

Host a Business After Hours

Hosting a Business After Hours event is a great way to showcase your business, products, or services to Chamber members and community partners.

As a host, you’ll receive:

  1. Promotion through Chamber newsletters, social media, and website
  2. Recognition on event signage and during the event
  3. Support from Chamber staff with setup, registration, and outreach
  4. The opportunity to welcome guests and share a short business spotlight

Host Responsibilities:

  1. Provide light refreshments or appetizers (optional drink service encouraged)
  2. Offer door prizes or giveaways (optional)
  3. Have adequate space for 30–75 guests
  4. Provide tables or a check-in area for Chamber staff

Event Timing: Typically held 5:30–7:00 PM on Thursdays.
